Transformative Womb Healing Sessions
Womb
Wrapping
An ancient ceremony often called 'Closing of the Bones.' This ceremony was originally held to support healing for post-partum mothers to help bring the body back into alignment after childbirth and to symbolically and energetically move new mothers into the new phase of life - the rite of passage from Maiden to Mother.
This ancient practice has been adapted into what my teacher Angie Twydall calls 'Womb Wrapping'.
This is a beautiful ceremony for anyone who wishes to mark a transitional time in their life - a rebirthing ceremony where you can symbolically return to the womb, being held, rocked and wrapped in up to 7 Scarves.
During the ceremony I will give you a gentle womb massage before rocking you and wrapping you with Turkish pashmina scarves and Mexican Rebozo scarves. Places that may be wrapped include the head, feet, arms, womb, knees, hips, and calves.
During the session we journey into your womb and heart, setting the intention for what you wish to release as I wrap you up in Scarves, gently rocking you as you become held symbolically back in the womb portal. We then focus on what you are opening up to, creating and calling into your life as you slowly, and in your own time emerge from the wraps. While you are wrapped you will receive shamanic healing, sound, energy healing, gentle touch and crystal healing.

Reiki
Womb Reiki harnesses the healing power of reiki alongside the energetics of the Shamanic Way of the Womb.

This is a shamanic reiki healing that uses various techniques including breathwork, sound healing shamanic journeying and energy healing to allow the client to connect deeply to her womb and all that is being held there, allowing for clearing, cleansing, renewal, restoration and deep healing to occur.
​
This process is more effective as a series of treatments rather than a one off experience, this allow time for deep exploration, processing and integration to occur, during which time I will remain available to you via email. Throughout your healing process I will be there to witness and hold you as you work through all that is being shedded, all that is moving through you as you go through this process of connection and healing.

Yoni
Steaming
Yoni Steams are ancient cleansing rituals that have been found to help symptoms of menstrual cramps and bloating, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts and irregular menstruation.
Yoni steaming involves sitting over a hot steamy water infused with a selection of herbs, the steam and heat soothes, cleanses, nourishes and purifies your vagina. When done in a sacred ceremonial space with intention focused on releasing and healing the experience can be cathartic and transformational.
They are soothing and strengthening for the vagina and cervix and help us to connect to our wombs in meditation, drawing on the energies of the healing herbs through the steam.
These treatments are a great introduction to shamanic womb healing and can be woven and enhanced with other healing modalities to create an individual healing package just for you.
Sacred Oils Ceremony
The sacred oil ceremony is a beautiful way to honour a transitional period in your life.
I work closely with Mary Magdalene in my work with oils honouring the revival of this ancient tradition.

The focus of your ceremony could be a coming of age, transitioning into motherhood or becoming a grandparent, honouring the beginning of menarche, or menopause, crone ceremony, healing from illness, cord cutting, divorce, marriage, new job, new you, leaving old beliefs or habits behind, forgiveness, freedom from addiction or mental illness.

Anything that you wish to mark in sacred space can be honoured in this beautiful ceremony.
